Hi I’m Kristine! I tattoo cute and colorful things :)

I grew up here in San Diego and I began my tattoo career in 2017. Over the last 8 years I worked hard to develop my specialty in cute, animation and illustrative tattoos. I’m inspired by everything from Disney and Studio Ghibli to Lord of the Rings and cottagecore. My love for spooky things, fantasy books and nerd culture has always influenced my work, and I strive to honor any fandom tattoo while adding my own unique twist to make it truly special. Although my specialty is in color and bold tattoos, it’s very important to me to offer a range of styles. In my portfolio, you'll find fine-line black and grey, as well as Kawaii cute and Disney-inspired tattoos, all crafted with precision and love.

In 2024, I reached a major milestone by opening Lucky Cat Tattoo in North Park with two amazing friends.

As a POC woman tattoo artist and co-owner of my own shop, I’m proud to be part of a growing, more inclusive craft here in San Diego. It’s important to me to help create a space where everyone feels welcome and supported. When I’m not in the studio, you’ll find me reading, diving into true crime, or spending time with my dog, Lola.

I feel incredibly lucky to be able to do what I love every day, mixing my creative passions with my work and constantly finding joy in the process. Hope to tattoo you soon!
